Overview

The official campaign had content. What they lacked was distribution agility. While core narratives existed, younger voters weren’t engaging with static posts or long speeches. We were tapped to help build a creator-forward delivery system that moved faster than the news cycle.

Approach

We built a short-form content syndication system leveraging a network of pro-aligned creators and meme accounts. Each creator was given:

• A weekly script pack tied to current events
• Pre-edited video templates with B-roll overlays
• A split-test schedule across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts

We ran real-time performance feedback loops through a central Notion dashboard, letting campaign staff track top performers by message, click-through, and engagement velocity.

Lead-gen CTR improved by 5.6× on creator-sourced videos vs. official uploads.

We also deployed a gated Discord server for rapid approval and rollout, enabling meme account reposting within 2–3 hours of asset creation.
