Overview

Echo Hydrogen was preparing to unveil its smart hydrogen water bottle and app ecosystem at CES — a healthtech-first product targeted at biohackers, athletes, and longevity-obsessed wellness buyers. The tech was real. The product was sleek. But the market was skeptical. No one trusted hydrogen water. No one believed in the science. And certainly no one was going to pay $400+ without serious social proof.

We were brought in to build a trust-first launch system, powered by content and structured for scale — something between a wellness brand playbook and a Silicon Valley GTM sprint.

Approach

We designed the entire campaign to run in three activation waves:

Wave 1: Priming the Market
We led a 60-day slow-drip campaign with 25 hand-picked micro‑creators in health, longevity, and elite fitness. These weren’t brand shills — they were lab-backed creators with personal credibility in the recovery and cellular optimization space. Each was briefed with a storytelling hook tied to oxidative stress, sleep quality, or metabolic repair.

Preorders spiked 63% within 72 hours of the first influencer drop — no paid spend behind it.

Wave 2: CES Integration & Live Proof Layer
At CES, we designed a live creator loop that paired Echo’s booth team with a constant flow of film-ready creators. Each segment was scripted for “reason why” storytelling — mini testimonials, live metrics, and unboxing reactions in real-time.

We simultaneously ran a lead-capture wall of UGC: Echo-branded tablets loaded with before/after hydration tests, mineral breakdowns, and branded AI prompts for creator snippets.

Wave 3: Affiliate Seeding at Scale
With credibility secured, we deployed a high-volume UGC campaign across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — powered by a 10% affiliate cut and prebuilt video templates we scripted, outlined, and tested internally. We ran this for 45 days post-launch, converting preorders at an average CPA of $12.90 on a $400 product.

Across the entire campaign, we recorded 280% higher preorder conversion rates compared to Echo’s 2022 benchmark launch.

Echo later adopted our full launch system as a blueprint for all future product lines — including their mineralization pitcher and Echo Go mobile system.
